Structured behavioural interviews are a proven method of providing a complete snapshot of a candidate’s work history and behaviour. Extensive interview notes are transcribed to ensure accuracy of information. Interviews are individually written focusing on the competencies each position requires which allows a complete level playing field for every candidate who is interviewed for each position. This ensures consistency and fairness in the recruitment process.
DiSC Behavioural Profiles
DiSC is the premier profiling tool in the recruitment industry and is used in conjunction with face-to-face interviews, reference checks and skills testing. The ability of DiSC to accurately indicate how a candidate will do the job has been well proven. DiSC is about behaviour tendencies – how people act. Research shows that people with certain behaviour styles are better suited to particular jobs. Clear and concise reports are generated and provided as part of our permanent placement service.

Robyn Rundle commenced her recruitment career by joining an international recruitment service in 1986.

Loncey Joseph has in excess of 18 years experience in Customer Service and Industrial/Automotive Aftermarket Sales where his expertise and practical experience will enable him to recruit across a range of industry sectors. Loncey will focus on industrial markets recruiting logistical and warehouse personnel on both a permanent and temporary/casual basis. Kerrie Cotter began in recruitment approximately 20 years ago. Originally recruiting specialist lT personnel, Kerrie transferred interstate and added accounting and commercial temporary recruitment. Administration Staff
Wendy Hanson commenced her recruitment career some 30 years ago with an international recruitment service holding various administrative positions and eventually moving into payroll. Today Wendy manages the Double R administrative function and is responsible for the outsourced projects and accounting including payroll, superannuation and taxation liabilities.
